Due to increased order volume and new safety policies as a result of the impact COVID-19, it may take longer than usual to fulfill your order.
We offer our sincere apology for any late deliveries and inconvenience this might cause. These new policies are to keep our warehouse staff safe and you safe.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are normally processed within 3-5 business day.
Due to COVID-19, our current estimate is that your order might ship within the next 7-9 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation and your tracking code as soon as your package is sent.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
JustAudio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
JustAudio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If you’re not satisfied with the product withing the first 30 days you received it, you can send it back in order to get a full refund. In order for us to process your return as quickly as possible, make sure to print out the return sheet listing your customer information that we’ll provide via e-mail. Make sure to place all items being returned in their original packaging into a secure box or envelope mailer. The cost of shipping a return will be covered by the customer and paid through an invoice link we will provide. The package needs to be sent back to:

Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 7 to 10 business days, once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address plus a $25 penalty fee. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
MISPLACED ORDER BY THE CUSTOMER
If you made a mistake at the time of purchase, you can send them back to us in order to recieve a refund. Please keep in mind that:
• Product must be in new and in unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
• Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.
• We will provide an invoice for the return label plus a $10 restocking fee
• Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 30 days of receipt of the item.
• We inspect all returned items and will refund you based on the condition of the item.
DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS
A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for US order. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
